They recently released the first trailer for The Marvels--aka Captain Marvel 2: The Captain Gets Demoted To Being A Supporting Player.
The trailer promises a wacky adventure in the vein of Freaky Friday where Captain Marvel trades her superpowers--and her location--with two other superheroes.
Somehow, with the new flick being A SUPER WACKY COMEDY, it's probably safe to assume that we won't get a repeat of the very nice scene from Captain Marvel, where Brie Larson's character is captured by bad guy aliens and is put in barefoot bondage.
And even after freeing herself, Captain Marvel goes barefoot aboard the alien ship for a while.
With her hands still encased in metal mittens, she's even reduced to opening doors with her bare feet.
It would be nice to hope that all three superheroic women in The Marvels get the same BF bondage treatment at some point, but that's probably not going to happen. In fact, based on what I've seen so far, I don't have much hope that The Marvels will be a very good film overall, but time will tell.
