I've found this clip in my files, there's no ID on it, and it's pretty short, only 47 seconds. But, it's also pretty sweet.
Two barefoot women get themselves bound and gagged on-screen.
It happens very rapid-fire, and the editing here is extremely tight.
The title of this clip is just "Two Damsels." And I don't recognize anything here against any movie or TV series that I've seen.

In Showdown in Little Tokyo, Tia Carrere gets tied to a gas pump near the end of the film.
She gets rescued by no less than Dolph Lundgren.
There are plenty of nice shots of Carrere in bondage, here. Also some good close ups.
I'm tempted to say that she's barefoot. She looks barefoot in a few of the shots, but she's wearing shoes when running away with Dolph.
She might have been barefoot while tied, but then needed to wear shoes when running across the ground, which is practical, since you don't want your lead actress to have her feet cut to ribbons while filming.
It's still a very nice scene, with Carrere clad in an outfit that's just scant enough to show off her attributes.
The less said about Dolph's weird outfit (what's up with the head band?), the better.
In the horror movie Slip, Jill Small runs afoul of a killer who has put her in a very vulnerable spot.
He tied her wrists together behind her back, and then puts a noose around her neck.
But being the absolute sadist that he is, the killer has Jill standing tip-toe on a chair the whole time. The slightest slip ofher toes will result in her being hung.
She's not gagged, nor are her feet tied, but Jill is barefoot throughout this scene.
There's a lot of taunting on the part of the villain.
And there's a bevy of really nice foot shots, as well.
In fact, there's enough of foot shots here to make me wonder if the director is a barefooter.
Because Jill even gets rid of the bad guy with her feet. Bravo! Don't let Slip slip on by you.
I've noticed two things about Amy Lee, the lead singer of Evanescence. The first is that she seems to enjoy shooting in black and white.
The second thing I noticed is that she goes barefoot a great deal, making me wonder if she's a barefooter (a person who prefers/enjoys going barefoot).
A better thing to ponder would be why Amy's singing on rooftops, the roof of cars, and on fountains. But I guess that's because she's a free spirit.

Kinks is a short film about an escort who is hired by a wealthy couple to spice up their evening.
And, as you might expect, things go horribly wrong...but not for us.
This is a WONDERFUL film in that it has some very nice barefoot bondage scenes.
Rachael Winter and Natalia Ferrari are the bound BF damsels, respectively.
In addition to being very satisfying, BF bondage-wise, Kinks is also a very good short film, overall. It comes complete with a nice twist.

In the ninth episode of the first season of House of the Dragon, The Green Council, Queen Alicent Hightower (Olivia Cooke) has a meeting with her spymaster.
The payment for his services is that she must remove her shoes and stockings and display her bare feet for him.
To say that this scene caught me off guard is putting it very mildly. It was a pleasant surprise. It's brief, but very nice.
Although I have to admit that, despite my own predilection for women's bare feet, I probably would have asked for a bag of gold coins for services rendered if I were in this situation. But that's me.
I recently posted about a French film called Night Of The Three Lovers, about a pair of women who get taken hostage during a home invasion. I've since discovered that the link I provided for you to see this clip is no longer working.

Mesa of Lost Women is one of those "atomic horror" B-Movies from the 1950s--from 1953, to be exact. It starred Tandra Quinn as the Tarantula Girl (although she's known as Tarantula Girl, she never shows any signs of being an actual tarantula).
Right in the middle of the film, the Tarantula Girl gives this sultry dance in a local dive bar. She's barefoot throughout.
The film was shot in black and white, and was directed by Herbert Tevos and Ron Ormond.
Tarantula girl gets shot for her troubles, but thanks to her special powers, she comes back from the dead to dance again.
"You! Yes, you! I'm pointing at you, right there!"
This scene was the saving grace for me with Mesa of Lost Women, which is an ineptly made, disjointed film. It's available on Paramount+ right now, if you wish to witness the "horror" for yourself.
The late great Diana Rigg had an acting career that lasted decades, starting with the part that made her famous: Emma Peel in the British spy series The Avengers, and ending with memorable roles in Game Of Thrones and the film Last Night in Soho.
Here, Rigg is doing a sketch called Three Piece Suite, where she's talking to her teddy bear, while barefoot the whole time. Thanks to the guy who posted the clip on the Tube of U; he also ID-ed it, as well.

In a flashback scene, from what looks like a soap opera from India, a young barefoot woman is lured into a house with the promise of cash by a man.
She then places a bare foot over the threshold of the door, and this image freezes and fades to black, which is an effective way of showing that she has been ensnared (and also a nice BF moment).
She then spends a good protion of the clip bound and gagged in a chair, until she makes her escape with the help of a second man.
But she's then re-captured by the kidnapper, who gags and ties her up again hand and foot onscreen (all while somebody's banging on the door outside).
