Big Trouble In Little China

Big Trouble In Little China was directed by the master, John Carpenter, who also gave us Halloween, The Fog, Escape From New York, along with many more memorable movies. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the release of BTILC.

BTILC is an imaginative mash up of Kung Fu films, the supernatural, and some really nice bondage scenes.

Suzee Pai stars as a young woman who's been kidnapped by a gang.

She's been left tied to a bed--barefoot and in a dress--in a building. But not for long; after having been kidnapped by a gang, she's then kidnapped by powerful Chinese deities for a ritual involving human sacrifice. She's not tied up again for the rest of the film, as she's held under mind control.

Later, Kim Cattrall (probably best known from Sex & The City, but I still recall her fondly from Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country) gets a great hogtie scene. Despite the fact that she's not BF and fully dressed, this is still one of my faves. And while it's got some great bondage scenes, Big Trouble In Little China is just one of my all time favorite films, overall. If you haven't yet, do yourself a favor and see it.

Greta

Warning: Spoiler for the ending. Greta is a Neil Jordan-directed thriller starring Chloƫ Grace Moretz who's been kidnapped by a crazywoman (played by Isabelle Huppert).

At the end of the film, Moretz's character is being held captive in Huppert's home.

When Maika Monroe (a great cast all around in this one) shows up, Huppert ties Moretz down to a bed and gags her.

What follows is a great barefoot bondage scene, as Moretz struggles hard to be heard by Monroe. And she is.

Greta is now available on Netflix in the U.S.

Unknown Bikini Cop Show

This is a scene from a German cop show, if I'm not mistaken. But I don't know what one (Germany has made its fair share of police procedural series). A young woman has been kidnapped by a psycho.

The young woman obviously had been abducted from a beach, or a pool, given the fact that she's clad only in a bikini (and is BF).

She's rescued, thankfully, by a female cop. But not before she tried to escape on her own previously (and failed). I've never seen the show, just this clip--which is pretty exciting to watch. It would be nice to see the whole episode.

You can download this clip right here.

Stashed

Robin, the heroine of my Poser picture, gets caught snooping in the mansion of her hosts. And, granted, Robin wasn't exactly honest about who she was and why she was there. You can see the take down right here.

Note: the picture I used here is from The Informer.

Bohemian Rhapsody with a twist

Two women in Italy were rehearsing Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody on one of those pianos that Tom Hanks made famous in the movie Big (1988).

For a rehearsal, this is pretty good. Freddy Mercury would approve. I also like the fact that they're barefoot throughout this, as well. You can see the clip below:

The Hillside Strangler

In The Hillside Strangler, a 2004 movie based on a real-life crime case, actress Aimee Brooks shows up at a trim shop in her car.

Unfortunately for her, the two guys who work there turn out to be a pair of serial killers who abduct her. When we next see her, she's trussed up naked in a hogtie on a bed in their house.

The camera slowly pans down the side of her bound body, making this an even better scene than it already is (I'm referring to this fictional presentation featuring this actress, of course).

And it's also interesting in how this scene also shows that there was no body double in use here; this was all the actress.

Intense tie up scenes like this make me think that actresses should receive "bondage pay," which goes above and beyond their regular salary--sort of like how actors will sometimes get stunt pay if they do a stunt.

Unfortunately, Brooks's character does not survive her encounter with the psychos. The real life killers were later brought to justice.

Open House

Rachel Blanchard stars in Open House. She was also in Snakes On A Plane. But Open House is better suited for us.

Twin psycho killers have a thing where they go to open houses, kill whoever's there, and stay in the house for a while.

They do this with Alice (Rachel), but the brother, falling in love with Alice, kidnaps her and hides her from his sister.

Alice goes barefoot through her bondage.

There are plenty of scenes with a BF Rachel bound and gagged.

She's been kept bound and gagged when she's not chained up.

She goes barefoot throughout this scene, and when she's given something to eat, her feet are left tied.

Open House is a good movie with a great scene. It's worth tracking down.

Morangos

For the last official weekend of summer, I thought this short but sweet clip from Morangos would be good. Morangos is a Portuguese TV series. And despite it being short, it's one of my favorite scenes.

Don't know who this barefoot beauty is, but she's tightly tied to a chair, looking like she's just had her Labor Day Weekend beach vacation very rudely canceled on her.

Sometimes the shorter the clip is, the better, because it gets right to the point, like how the camera pans up from her bound bare feet here. You can see it right here.

NOTE: Whoopsie! I got it wrong. Labor Day weekend is next weekend. Oh well, at least this means summer is sticking around for a little while longer.

Influence

A young woman (Cheyenne Perez) who wants to be a screenwriter latches onto an online influencer (Grace Kaufman) to become her vehicle for success.

But when the screenwriter gets rebuffed, she goes full-on psycho and kidnaps the influncer. The trailer for Influence shows a young woman getting tied to a chair. You can see the trailer below:

Shadow Puppets

Released in 2007, Shadow Puppets is a fun B-movie about a group of people who wake up in what is either a mental insitution or research facility.

They're all barefoot, and clad in their underwear. They spend the better part of the film's running time like this.

It stars Jolene Blalock, who played the Vulcan sub-commander T'Pol on Star Trek: Enterprise.

At first it's a mystery as to why they were all knocked out--and then woke up separately in padded cells, but the questions are slowly answered over the course of the film.

The revelation is a little lame, IMHO. But that's just my opinion. Besides, any movie that offers up this much BF scenes can't be all that bad, anyway.

Even when they find lab coats to wear, they still go BF.

And there's still a very nice bondage scene here, such as when actress Jennie Ford is discovered in a straightjacket and gagged in her cell.

So you've got a halfway decent SF/horror B-movie with plenty of BF scenes, as well as a BF bondage moment. There's a version of it on YouTube right here:

Hey, That's Me!

Lana, despite being a bound and gagged kidnapped captive, still managed to discover something amazing in my Poser picture, which is being reposted one more, right here.

Indian TV Show

I have another clip from an unknown production. I do know that it's from a pair of episodes of an Indian TV show.

A woman has been abducted and is being held captive someplace.

She's bound hand and foot and gagged. And she's also barefoot, as well.

It's a long clip, just over nine minutes, and she's tied up the whole time.

And you can see this clip right here.

Batman & Black Canary

Back in 1980, issue #166 of The Brave and the Bold featured a team up between Batman and Black Canary. At first Batman isn't too keen on Black Canary helping him with a case, leaving her cuffed to the base of a streetlight. How rude.

But the Penguin's goons turn out to be even ruder, knocking Black Canary out cold.

The Black Canary winds up being tied to a chair and gagged, all while barefoot and clad only in her underwear. I always knew the Penguin was a really cool guy.

But it's Batman to the rescue. With Black Canary still helping out however she can.

All's well that ends well. I read this comic when it was originally published, and I even had it for a while as an adult. To say I appreciated BC's BF and underwear bondage back then was putting it mildly.
