Under Investigation

At the very beginning of Under Investigation, during the opening credits, actress Julie Baltay is seen trussed to a bed--hands spread-eagle, feet tied together at the ankles--and at the mercy of a serial killer, who uses her naked body as a living canvas by painting an ornate design on her skin.

She struggles mightily, but to no avail. Her bonds keep her securely on the bed.

I would imagine being painted on like this would feel good--but not if it's being done against your will!

Unfortunately, Baltay's character does not make it through this ordeal.

Later, the film's star Joanna Pacula is given the same treatment by the killer (who looks a little like Herbert West from the Reanimator), but she's fully dressed.
