The second half of the scuba women team in Bimini Code, played by Vickie Benson, actually looks like a scuba diver in that she's caught while diving around a submerged base. Stripped of her diving gear, she's clad only in her bikini while tied up with a boy who was also captured earlier (and no, that's not the kid from Flipper--although wouldn't it be funny if it were?).
Vickie sees a lamp, which gives her the idea that she could use it to untie herself. So she hops over to it on her bound bare feet.
It's a nice sequence that shows Vickie's bikini--not to mention her wonderful body--in all of its glory.
Her abductors were just as skimpy on the ropes as Vickie's outfit is, but that's all the better for Vickie and the kid.
Once she gets her hands free, Vickie sits down long enough to untie her ankles in a very nice shot.
And it winds up being a nice, long shot, as well.
Bimini Code has one of my all-time favorite BF bondage scenes, but the frustrating thing is the film is just not available. I got these vidcaps from an old VHS tape (which is why they're so fuzzy). If you can find a copy of the VHS that's not going for a king's ransom, I strongly suggest you grab it.
