As long as we're on the subject of what could have been, here's the original poster artwork for the movie Tattoo. Released in 1981, and starring Maude Adams and Bruce Dern, it dealt with the weird relationship between a fashion model and a tattoo artist.
The bound bare feet that was in the poster never happened in the film. Maude Adams was never tied up at all in the movie. *Sigh*. At least we have the poster artwork, which is very nice.
