Operating Devil

I've found this nice scene over on the Tube of You. It's from an Asian production.

A young woman is being threatened by a true mad scientist. Clad in pajamas and barefoot, she's tied down to an operating table in his secret lair.

And he even joyfully describes the terrible things that he's going to do to her, as well, making him a real horrible (if cheerful) villain.
