It's the tenth anniversary of the release of The World's End, director Edger Wright's final film in his Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy (the first two being Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz--both are just as good).
While re-watching World's End recently, I noticed this scene. One of the alien Blanks gets badly damaged in her fight with our heroes, but she comes back, having replaced her arms with legs from another Blank.
The result is that she's slapping our heroes around with one bare foot (the other foot is still wearing a shoe).
And it leads to Paddy Considine uttering this immortal line:
It makes for a nicely weird scene in a movie that's already very strange and extremely funny.
If you haven't seen Edger Wright's Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy, then do yourself a favor and seek them out. They're a lot of fun.
