Chicago PD is a cop show that's still running today. This is a scene from its second season, in an episode named "Shouldn't Have Been Alone" (season 2, episode 10).
Jessica Bess Lanius plays a woman who had been reported missing, until the cops find her tied to a chair in an empty building.
She's barefoot, and clad only in a bra and panties. And there's a bomb duct taped to her body.
The bomb is attached to motion sensors that will set it off at the slightest tremor.
But, she's rescued from getting blown up. A nice BF bondage scene that has her bound feet on ample display.
