Eliza Dushku starred in the TV series Dollhouse. In the second season episode, The Public Eye, she's captured by guest star Summer Glau and is strapped down to an examination table. While I've posted vidcaps of this scene before, this particular shot wasn't one of them. It looks to be a publicity shot, which offers a nice view of Eliza's bound bare feet.
In the sixth season episode of Stargate: SG-1, titled Forsaken, Amanda Tapping's character Sam Carter gets kidnapped by the bad guys. Her scenes in the episode are very slight--just glimpses through a pair of binoculars--but this is another publicity photo taken of Tapping while she was bound and gagged. And yes, I know she's not BF, but she looks so adorable here.
And finally, the last publicity photo is from Dead in 3 Days, showing star Sabrina Reiter riding in the trunk while bound and gagged. I just posted pictures of this great BF scene, but the publicity picture here is the only one that shows a clear shot of Sabrina in this scene.

Sadly in the dungeon the damsel's feet are not good to see. But there are two little scenes where you can see she's barefoot.
The other movie is "The Hunchback Of Notre Dame" from 1956. The Italian actress Gina Lollobrigida played the Gipsy girl Esmeralda - a typical damsel in distress-character - barefoot in the whole movie there. You can watch the movie in Youtube.
