Der Ballermann (full title: Der Ballermann: Ein Bulle auf Mallorca) is a German TV movie that first aired back in 2012.
I don't remember how I came across this clip, but I'm glad I did, because this scene wound up becoming one of my all-time favorites..
Nina Gnaedig stars as Steffi, who goes snooping in a big mansion--only to get caught by the bad guys.
While she was fully dressed when she was caught, when we cut to Steffi sitting tied to a chair, she's now barefoot, and having been stripped of her jacket. There's a nice, slow panning shot up her bound body, starting ather bound bare feet.
