First off: Happy New Year! In what's turning out to be a perennial favorite of mine, here's Date With An Angel, which doesn't take place on or around Christmas, but still feels like a good film to watch around the holidays.
Emmanuelle Béart stars in this comedy/fantasy from the 1980s about an angel who comes down to Earth to hang out with us mortals. Emmanuelle's angel goes barefoot throughout the entire film.
At one point, a group of guys, realizing that she's a real angel, kidnap her and tie her up.
Since it's an 80s comedy, the humor in Date With An Angel is very broad and slapstick. And so the bondage is also a little on the goofy side.
In addition to getting tied up and gagged, she also gets blindfolded, as well.
Ultimately, she's just fine. She gets rescued by the hero of the film.
But, seeing how this is an wacky 80s comedy, even the rescue is very goofy. Date With An Angel, besides being a good BF/bondage flick, is a fun movie overall and is recommended. Hope you're having a great Holiday Season.
