Innocent Blood is a horror movie, released in 1992, about a vampire (Anne Parillaud) hunting down mobsters in Pittsburgh.
The mobsters she's hunting are also vampires, and she has to get every last one of them who turned before they become an even bigger problem than before.
At about the halfway mark of the film, Parillaud takes a break in a motel room.
When she guy she's with expresses some concern about her being a vampire, she suggests he uses his handcuffs on her (he's a cop).
The result is a really nice vampire sex scene with handcuffs.
I like how she considers wearing one of the cuffs as a bracelet afterwards.
