Police Woman

Angie Dickinson starred as Pepper Anderson in the TV series Police Woman back in the 1970s.

In the episode Brainwashed, she goes undercover as a reporter in a mental insitution that's been accused of mistreating teenagers.

When her cover gets blown, Pepper is forced to strip off her clothes and put on a hospital gown. Then she's tied down to a bed in one of the rooms.

They want to know what she knows, so they subject her to flashing lights and loud noises. But fear not, for Pepper lives to police another day. She's rescued.
