Although I was never a huge Green Arrow fan, I still enjoyed the Arrow TV series that was based on the DC Comics character, with Steven Amell playing Arrow/Oliver Queen. In addition to being very good (especially in its first three seasons) it also had a great cast of women characters--one of whom was Oliver's sister, Thea Queen, played by Willa Holland.
In the second episode of the first season, Honor Thy Father, Holland's Thea (who would soon be known as Speedy) goes barefoot in a brief scene where Oliver and his family are all watching a new flash about this new Arrow fellow who showed up. Unfortunately, it's just one quick shot that establishes her as being BF, but it's enough for me.
