At about the half hour mark, Opera's star, Cristina Marsillach, is grabbed from behind by an intruder while waiting for her boyfriend to return in his bedroom.
It's a bit of a stunner, because the viewer wasn't expecting an assault to happen like this at this moment.
Knocked out, Marsillach is quickly placed on the bed and gagged.
Her wrists are also quickly tied together behind her back onscreen.
And, having just had sex, Marsillach is barefoot and clad only in an oversized shirt, which makes this scene my favorite of the film and one of my all-time favorites overall.
As it stands right here, this is already a great BF bondage scene. But Argento is just getting started. More to come.
