There's a music video on You Tube by the group Dinosaur Pile Up (love their name) called Derail that has a scene of interest for us.
In it, Diana Vickers plays a woman who's handcuffed to a bed in a motel room.
She manages to remove a boot and extract the handcuff key with her bare foot, making this a nice 'reach with a bare foot' scene.
Although she frees herself (and turns the tables on her captor) early on, do yourself a favor and keep watching to the end, because this video has a really nice twist coming up right then. You can see it at the link down below:
