Meridians is a short horror film that's been up on the tube of U for almost a year, now.
It stars Marissa Merrill as a young woman who goes to visit her acupuncturist (Ellen Yuen) one more time before heading back to the States after finishing her job.
But something goes very, very wrong. It's very well done, exquisitely shot, and completely unnerving.
Merrill is barefoot (well, she's completely naked, which includes going BF) throughout the short film. And while I might be tempted to say she's not tied, that may depend on your view of bondage: is it strictly physical restraints, like ropes and straps, or could it other methods of restraint--like the kind that's used here on Merrill? In any case, Meridians is superb, overall. You can see it below:

Have you seen Blue Bloods? Not the Tom Sellek cop show, but a short film on YouTube. It's superbly done, with a lavish look to its production, and also being well acted. The film overall is recommended.
There are two bondage scenes, but my favorite is the second one, which has the barefoot damsel in distress bound and gagged on a table.
It's a nicely done scene, with good, secure-looking rope bonds, and the fact that she's barefoot is a big plus for me. Spoiler: Unfortunately, it comes to a bad end. End Spoiler.
In fact, this was what I was hoping the Samara Weaving bondage scene in Ready Or Not would be like (I wish she had been barefoot in that scene, if not throughout the whole film entirely).
But there's no need to whine over what might have been in one movie, especially when so many other movies are being made featuring what you want, like this one. Just keep looking, and never give up hope.
A young barefoot woman finds herself in some ticklish trouble at what the video describes as being a Ren Faire. But it's taking place at a pretty cool looking castle, so it must be in Europe. Either that, or the construction crew at this Ren Faire can build some pretty awesome looking castles!
Found this funny spoof video of Jason, from the Friday the 13th films, singing "I'll be killing you," to the tune of the Police's "I'll be watching you." We had an actual Friday the thirteenth just a couple of weeks ago, and I wish I had found this back then. But better late than never. Check out their homepage, because they've made more spoof videos with slasher film characters just like this.

This is an extremely short-short film, just over a minute long, but it's stillvery well done. You can see it below:
I caught this video on YouTube. It's basically an ad for the MagBound, which is a timer for self bondage. Note: I'm not endorsing this. I'm just presenting it as a 'hey, look at this' sort of thing.
The video has a young woman showing it off, and in one of the scenes, she's very nicely barefoot. This shot made it worth it for me (and is mainly why I brought it up here).

One of my all-time favorite scenes is in a short film called Last 3 Minutes.
It's only three minutes long, but for the better part of its running time, a beautiful, barefoot woman is shown bound to a chair in a desolate building.
Not only is it very well lit and shot, there are even close ups of her bondage.

It's a clip from an Asian soap opera. A young barefoot woman in a business suit gets handcuffed in a tub.
Her feet aren't tied, but her cuffed wrists are secured to some plumbing fixtures behind her.
And, as mentioned before, she's barefoot throughout the clip, where she's later rescued after a funny moment. You can see the clip below:
I've found a recently posted Star Wars fan film about X-Wing and Y-Wing pilots in combat against Imperial forces in deep space. And that's it. No Jedi, no light sabers, no light saber duels. Just intense dogfighting between spaceships. That's the whole 50 minute movie, here. And it's marvelous.
This is what I wanted when Disney+ first announced they were doing Star Wars TV shows: an enthralling adventure set within the Star Wars universe that took place in space. It finally took a fan production to deliver it. Thank you very much to everybody who worked on this, you did a magnificient job.

I found this clip on the tube of U. It's a Thailand production, showing a young woman getting abducted while pining for someone, or something (as Ra's al Ghul said in Batman Begins: "Always mind your surroundings.").
