Burt Lancaster and Lee Marvin appeared in the 1966 film The Professionals, where they were hired by a millionaire (Robert Ryan) to rescue his wife (Claudia Cardinale) from a Mexican bandit.
But when they find the woman, she doesn't seem too fond to see them, or to even go with them. So they tie her hands behind her back. She's later tied in a standing position on a train.
There's no gag, and her hands are all that's tied, but she is barefoot. I just dicovered this movie, and this scene, over on YouTube. It's restricted, which prohibits me from embedding the video here, so you can see it at this link.
