Logan is 45!

Hey, I just realized that this year, 2021, the film Logan's Run has turned 45 years old!

In addition to being one of my favorite SF films that I first saw in the movie theaters way back as a kid, Logan's Run also featured a wonderful barefoot scene.

The alluring Jenny Agutter co-stars as Jesscia. Feeling depressed one night, she puts herself up on the market in the singles scene.

In this futuristic version of swiping right, Jessica winds up in Logan's (Michael York) pad--barefoot, and clad in a deliciously skimpy outfit.

But, changing her mind, she quickly leaves when more girls arrive with Francis (Richard Jordan).

Jesscia also goes BF briefly at the end, when she discards her shoes in order for her and Logan to swim back into the city. The science is a little wonky, but the film still holds up overall as a fun flick.
