Erin Richards starred on the Proto-Batman TV series Gotham as Jim Gordon's insane wife. How insane was she? At the beginning of the second season she was locked up in Arkham Asylum.
And during her stay, Erin went barefoot...like, pretty much the whole time she was there.
She even gets her toe nails done by one of the other inmates.
This leads to Erin's character, along with several of her male inmates, being abducted from the asylum by other bad guys.
They all wind up being strapped to hand trucks--with Erin still barefoot--while their new boss gives them a pep talk.
The BF bondage scene is nice, but this entire episode ("Damned If You Do..." (2.01) has Richards going barefoot throughout her Arkham scenes, and is worth tracking down.
