These pictures, and the clip, are from a German TV movie that was made back in 1970 called Hoerig bis zur letzten Suende.
This young woman, barefoot and scantily clad, is tied up and gagged after a brief fight (which she lost, obviously).
But, does she let being bound stop her? Oh, no--she's soon wiggling around on the floor as best as her bonds will allow.
Eventually she gets to the phone, which she tries to dial even with her feet cross-tied. I've never seen the full movie, but the clip is very nice, and you can see it right here.
