Jungleground

Torri Higginson plays the girlfriend of Roddy Piper in an action film--which means she gets kidnapped, of course. That's how these things play out.

But just as Torri makes an escape attempt down the fire escape--while ditching her heels to do so--she gets re-captured by one of the bad guys. And he's not too happy about Torri killing his twin brother with a trap she laid for him.

And so Torri gets retied, this time while still barefoot, on a couch right next to the dead twin brother, so she can think about what she did.

She's left writhing on the floor, unable to breathe, until Roddy shows up (turns out he was all out of gum, anyway).

Just in time, Roddy!

Yet even while Torri's being untied, another problem arises (Jungleground is one of those movies--never a dull moment--that keeps our damsel on her toes, bare or otherwise).

I like how she's having trouble freeing her feet in the background here. Torri Higginson is probably best known for playing Elizabeth Weir, the commander of the Atlantis base on Stargate: Atlantis. She's been seen here and there on NICS and various other TV series.
