Doona Bae stars in Cloud Atlas, a science fiction films from the makers of the Matrix trilogy.
Bae is a rogue clone in a futuristic (and fascist) Korea, which treats clones like sub humans with no rights.
She's captured while on the run with her boyfriend, who is presumably killed in a gunfight.
But her boyfriend returns in heroic fashion to rescue her from being executed.
Bae is barefoot throughout this sequence, and is handcuffed when she's rescued. Cloud Atlas has a different, more thoughtful tone than The Matrix films. It's very good in its own right.
