The Killer Downstairs

This is a Lifetime movie about a woman (Cindy Busby) being stalked by a guy. The woman in the first caps is Donna Benedicto, who first gets captured by the baddie, thanks to her snooping.

Although her hands are bound in front of her, at least Cindy is tied barefoot.

And here's Cindy, having just been caught snooping by the baddie--what is it with these LIfetime women and snooping?

Both women wind up getting tied up in the back yard, where the baddie is busy digging their grave.

But it's a Lifetime Movie, so everything works out, thankfully. You can see this scene right here.

The Craiglist Killer

Trieste Kelly Dunn stars in this scene from the Lifetime movie, The Craiglist Killer, which was based on a real-life case.

The serial killer (who killed hismelf before he could be brought to trial), breaks into Dunn's hotel room, where he proceeds to tie her up with zip ties.

The entire tie up is shown on screen.

And she's barefoot throughout her scene.

Dunn is actually trussed up in a hogtie, with her lying on her side.

Eventually, she's gagged with duct tape, as well.

She even survives her encounter with the killer, who leaves her trussed up and gagged on the floor. There's another scene in this film, but Dunn is the only one who's barefoot. I've posted this on here before, but the vidcaps were tiny; these are larger.

Supergirl

In Supergirl, the 1984 film starring Helen Slater as the Girl of Steel, she lives in Argo City, which survives the destruction of Krypton.

But unlike all other incarnations of Argo City, in the 1984 film, it's shown that its citizens--including Kara--go barefoot all the time.

Argo City is presented as being this really laid-back, indoor mall with carpeted floors all over the place. It's the perfect place to go barefoot, really.

But now Kara has to go put on her superhero boots and chase after the gizmo she lost. Nobody said being a hero was easy.

AMW

These were vidcaps that I made from an episode of America's Most Wanted. It was a real crime series that tried to track down wanted criminals.

They re-created the crimes with actors. In this case a woman is abducted and tied up and gagged on screen before being placed in the trunk of her car.

Her bare feet are then tied up on screen.

Back in the day I would just record episodes of AMW. I wouldn't even watch them live, just record them first. Then I would scan the tape later, looking for scenes. In this case, I got lucky.

The woman in this scene survives her ordeal. I wouldn't have used these 'caps (they originally appeared on my old website)if she hadn't. I think I still have the actual scene somewhere, transferred to a DVD, but I'm still digging around for it. If I find it, I'll post a link to it here.

Darkness: Those Who Kill

There's a Danish thriller called Darkness: Those Who Kill, which has a very nice scene.

In the seventh episode of the first season, Tessa Hoder is taken hostage and is bound hand and foot and gagged with duct tape. She's barefoot.

There's an American version of this series, with Chloë Sevigny starring as the lead investigator who hunts serial killers.

I Warned Them

Becky, the heroine of my latest Poser picture, actually tries to warn her captors not to mess with live dinosaurs, but they dodn't listen to her. And, sure enough, all hell breaks loose. Find out how right here.

Lara Croft: Tomb Raider

In Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2003), there were a few moments, back when she was home, when Lara Croft (Angelina Jolie) relaxes in her PJs and a robe.

And in these scenes, she goes barefoot.

She's just wandering her spacious mansion in her bare feet, which is nice to see.

Of course, it would have been nice to see her going BF in other scenes, but that's all right.

It's still a nice scene in this film. Besides, there are plenty of heroines who go barefoot out there, like my own Ryta The Jungle Girl. I'm working on her latest adventure as you read these words.
