A lovely singer like this doesn't have to be barefoot in order for me to enjoy her performance. But having her barefoot certainly doesn't hurt!

Informing on the informed

Ana de Armas stars in The Informer as a wife and mother (Karma Meyer plays her daughter) who gets captured in her own home by thugs looking for revenge on her husband.

Ana gets bound and gagged on a bed while barefoot. She understandably freaks out when one of the thugs uses her daughter as a shield against an armed cop.

So Ana tries an escape attempt, which offers some nice shots of her bound bare feet. This was clipped by French Guy. You can see this nice BF scene right here.

Terminator: Dark Fate

Mackenzie Davis stars as Grace, an augmented warrior from the future who gets sent back to the past in order to protect a VIP from being killed in Terminator: Dark Fate.

She gets captured by boarder patrol agents and gets her wrists secured to the top of a table that she's lying on.

Eventually, Grace's clothes are removed and she's left tied while barefoot and clad only in a hospital gown.

She breaks free of her restraints while seemingly still unconscious.

But it turns out to be a ruse that Grace plays just so she can get the guards close enough to overpower them. TDK really isn't bad overall; I think it suffered poor box office because people were tired of the countless suck-job Terminator movies. See it for yourself and make up your own mind.

Found it, part two

Last month, I did a series of vidcaps from the TV series, Heroes. When I posted the pictures for the episode, Six Months Ago, I mentioned that I had a clip of it somewhere. Well, I found it! You can view this brief (but really nice) scene right here.

Ready or Not

Samara Weaving stars as Grace, in Ready or Not, a very good horror film about a young bride who marries into a wealthy family.

The family she's marrying into built their wealth on making board games, and they want Grace to play a little game with them as part of a wedding day tradition.

But this game turns out to be a lethal form of hide and seek, where once Grace is caught, she's killed.

And so Grace, getting wind of what the family intends to do with her, arms herself and starts fighting back.

Eventually, she's captured and tied down to a table so that she may be sacrificed.

Unfortunately, Grace doesn't go barefoot (except for a very brief scene, before she's given shoes), but she's still very tightly tied and muzzled in this scene. The movie overall is also recommended for being a great (and funny) edge-of-your-seat thriller.

Proof of Life

The lumber heiress was all settled in for her forced stay at the kidnapper's hideout. But there was just one more small detail to attend to: proof of life. My latest Poser artwork can be seen right here.

Happy Feb!

Happy February! If you're seeing this, that means you made it through January, 2020--which was a month filled with bad news for a lot of people (and some of the bad news is still ongoing).

But, as horrendous as things may seem, at least you're not as unlucky as Red Sonja here, in a scene from her current run in Dynamite Comics. Although, considering how some people pay good money to have stuff like this done to them, maybe this will cheer you up.

In any case, here's hoping that in February you find the time to relax and enjoy yourself, regardless of the headlines.
