Story: What's the matter with these guys? All I asked if they were cosplayers pretending to do a ritual. I mean, I get it. Halloween, and all that. Great way to get into the mood by doing a fake ritual and all that. But, jeez, they didn't have to tie me up like this. If I insulted them, then fine, I'll go back to the beach and resume my walk. But, seriously guys, was it something I said?"
Story: Helen had tried to warn them, but they wouldn't listen. She had tried to explain to the others in the expedition that these pods that had been finding submerged deep beneath the lagoon waters were eggs from a creature that they had yet to meet. In her desperation, Helen had tried to take the eggs back to their nesting place herself, but was caught in the act by the others. She had been left bound and gagged on the deck of their boat, while she listened to their frantic deliberations as to what to do with her.
That was when the creature appeared, emerging from the waters right beside Helen's bound body. And with his (her?) merciless attack on the others, killing each and every one of them, the creature proved that it was all too real. When the creature appeared back on deck, with its eggs tucked in one fin-like hand, Helen just closed her eyes and braced herself for the end. Instead, she'd heard a loud splash in the water, and instantly realized that the creature had spared her.
This was a scan that I did for my original website many years ago. It's a piece of artwork by artist Greg Hildebrandt. It depicts Tiger Lily, from Peter Pan, as a bound captive of the pirates who were led by the evil Captain Hook.
It goes without saying that this is my favorite version of Tiger Lily. And aside from her being BF (and bound), I also preferred her being older, just as she appears here: about early twenties, and her extremely scant outfit seemed more practical--but then, that's just me. :)
This version of Peter Pan that was illustrated by Hildebrant was a really handsome edition of the classic story when it first came out in 1987, and copies of it are still available today.
I thought it was time for another visit with Sara.
Sara was a professional bondage model with her own website.
She retired some time back. And while I understand, I still miss her.
She was one of my favorite bondage models because of how much she liked going barefoot.
And that included her getting tied up while barefoot (although she wore shoes in some sets, as well).
She was also a great actress in her photos, with her themed photo sets becoming these really cool little stories.
For instance, here it looks like she's spending the night at a really creepy place, and its residents want her to stay a little longer then just a night. But no worries, she escapes.
Another blast from the past, as it were.
I don't know who these fine young ladies are--only that I downloaded them in the wild and woolly early days of the 'net (back in the mid 1990s).
Back then, the bondage sites were mostly people who made scans of old bondage magazines, and then posted the images online.
I believe there were some sites back then that provided original pictures, like Helpless Heroines. They got more plentiful the closer we moved to the 21st century.
And as the big bondage pay sites took over, these scanned picture sites seemed to go the way of the Dodo Bird.
That's why I'm grateful to have saved a bunch of these downloads. They're also a good measure of how far we've all advanced over the years--at least in how we get our kicks.
Come with me, gentle reader, as I guide you back to the days of the ancient internet...and dial up. Ugh.
Maybe some things, like dial up, should remain in the past. But other things, like these pictures from that age, are certainly worth taking a second look at.
Secretaries certainly had it rough back then--especially barefoot secretaries.
And it really hard to get a good night's sleep back then.
And let a woman try taking a shower back then without finding herself in ropes!
Even closets weren't safe back then!
In other words, there were some good things back then, too.
When I first gazed on this picture, the first thing I could think of was 'Look at the shag carpet!' Not to take anything away from the lovely model who's posing here, but I still have fond memories of these carpets from when I was a kid.

We're on a bridge with Sara.
Sara was a bondage model who had her own website some twenty years ago. She was one of my all-time favorites, because she specialized in barefoot bondage. She's since quit to enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
She was pretty imaginative, too. Most of the B&D sites back then had shot after shot of their models in bedrooms, and hotel rooms. And there's nothing wrong with that--I mean, after all, we were really looking at the bondage models, not the locations that they were in.
But, as you can see with this set, Sara liked to push the envelope. And the extra effort she put into her photo shoots were much appreciated.
Here, she looks like a woman being held hostage in the final scene of a film, where the villain uses her as bait out in the open on this bridge.
Or she could have been kidnapped by bigfoot. Sara never had any storylines with her pictures, so you can make up whatever scenario you wanted.
Hello, and Happy September! Since it's been a minute since the last Various & Sundry update, I thought it was high time for another one.
These are some of the pictures that I downloaded from the 'net many years ago.
Back in those days, just about the only thing we could do was download pictures, when we weren't on bulletin boards.
And, in the (stone) age of dial-up internet service, the bigger the picture, the longer the wait. Large photos of damsels in bound distress would sometimes take up to twenty minutes (or more) to download.
The pictures would come in so slowly, line by line, that I would read a magazine (remember them?) while I was downloading.
These images are the result. Hope you enjoy the upcoming Labor Day Weekend.
It's been a while since the last 'Various & Sundry' update. I thought the first one would be a good reflection of what's turning out to be an extremely hot summer so far.
Speaking of reflections, the second picture offers two shots of our damsel for the price of one.
These are all pictures that I've downloaded from the inter-web way back when. Many of these photos are at least twenty five years old, if not older.
Some of these were very nice finds.
Many of these were one-shots. If they were part of a larger set, I haven't seen them, just the one picture.
But sometimes, all it takes is just one picture of a particular subject. Keep cool.

Most of the early bondage sites back then were just collections of scanned pictures from the magazines.
Back in the day, I would see these bondage magazines on the shelves here and there, but I never bought them, because I was too timid to do so.
The cashiers at the book store that I used to go to (and which is long gone, now) would raise a stink whenever somebody else would try to buy anything porn or fetish related (which never made sense to me, because why would you want to scare away paying customers?).
But then the internet came along, and with it came a freedom for people to indulge in whatever interest, or passion, they had--porn, or otherwise.
People bemoan the lost of the brick and mortar bookstore, and while I can certainly sympathize, the upside is that there's a much greater ease for people to get exactly what they want from the internet these days. For example, I was finally able to see these pictures online.
