The holidays may be over, but the stress remains. So it's time for another nice massage video. Sometimes watching someone get a massage is just as good (and relaxing) as getting one yourself.
And the massage therapist here even goes on at one point about how good it is for the feet to go barefoot as often as possible. I knew there was a good reason why I liked this woman. :)
Just came back from a Renaissance Fair, and after doing all the walking I've done today, I could really use something like this right now. But sometimes watching somebody else get a massage is the second best thing to getting one yourself.
Went for a long walk in the park this weekend and I could have used something like this when I was done. Although it's still nice for me to watch her receive a good foot massage.
This is one of the most relaxing videos around. If you can't get a massage, then at least watch somebody else get one, like this. It'll put you in a nice, calm mood. It works for me.
It's the middle of the holiday rush, and things may be getting really crazy. So be sure to take the time to take care of yourself...maybe with a massage. If you haven't the time or the money to get an actual massage (like me), then the next best thing is to watch one. It can be just as soothing as getting one. Some of these massage videos have even helped me to fall asleep.
