Rachel Nichols stars as Angela Bridges, a young businesswoman who's working late on Christmas Eve.
But just as she tries to go home, she becomes trapped in the office building's parking garage by a psycho played by Wes Bentley.
She winds up playing a deadly cat and mouse game with him, and she's barefoot and clad only in a white dress throughout the better part of the film. Her wrists are also handcuffed, for a bit.
Rachel Nichols and Wes Bentley are both great in this.
And, P2 takes place on Christmas Eve, making it a thriller that's perfect for Holiday viewing, like Die Hard.
It's the Holiday Season once again, and it's time for that perennial classic, the Dexter Christmas show!
Well, technically, it's not exactly their Christmas Special. This is the seventh season episode, Do The Wrong Thing, which happens to take place around Christmas.
Dexter captures another serial killer named Hannah, played by Yvonne Strahovski, and wraps her to a table in a tent that's filled with Christmas decorations. She's completely naked under her wrapping.
But instead of killing her, Dexter cuts Hannah loose and makes love to her right then and there. This becomes a true Christmas gift, as this scene is simply WONDERFUL, and you can see it right here.
May you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays this season. It's also getting bitterly cold all over, so please stay warm and safe. I'm taking tomorrow (Dec 25) off, so I'll see you Monday.
What does this cover of Spider-Woman has to do with the Christmas spirit? Well, she's dressed in red, and the werewolf's pants are green--red and green, the colors of Christmas, right?
No? How about the wolfman finds Spider-Woman all tied up with a bow under his Christmas tree? However you choose to view the cover, I just wanted to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. I'm taking Christmas Day off, and will be back on Sunday, the twenty sixth.
P2 was a thriller released back in 2007 from producer Alexandre Aja (director of the BF friendly films High Tension and Crawl). It starred Rachel Nichols as an office worker who runs into a stalker while on her way home for the holidays.
The stalker is an indoor parking lot security guard (Wes Bentley) who takes her captive and makes her wear a white low-cut dress.
The result is that Rachel Nichols goes barefoot for the better part of P2's running time, as she plays a game of cat and mouse with Bentley's character. She's also handcuffed--first behind her back, and then hands in front, once she manages to swing her bound wrists over her feet.
And, the entire movie also takes place on Christmas Eve, making it an interesting choice to watch around this time of year along with the Charlie Brown Christmas Special.
But is P2--like Diehard--really a Christmas movie? I'll leave it to you to decide. Merry Christmas!
The video is an interesting look at how Christmas--the holiday we know and love--came to be. I never knew that its roots can be traced back to the Roman Empire.
For those of you in the here and now, I'd like to wish you and yours a Very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
I'd just like to wish everybody a happy, safe, and Merry Christmas. To you and yours, may the lit nose of Rudolph the reindeer always keep you warm. And try not to drink too much egg nog.
