A barefoot woman is held captive by her boyfriend (at least I think he's her boyfriend).
She's tied up (on-screen), then left tied.
She's untied at one point, and then retied. And then left alone while tied up once more. Although her feet aren't tied, she's still barefoot throughout her bondage.
