This is from the episode "Sina will keine Freunde in der Schillerallee," which aired back in 2010.
I've never seen this series, nor this episode, so I'm grateful to have the clip of this, because she's tied up while barefoot, making this one of my favorites.
Looks like it takes place at a school, with the young bound lady about to be discovered by her classmates.
