The Ledge

Liv Tyler (The Lord of the Rings) stars in The Ledge. A drama/thriller about her dealing with an abusive boyfriend.

Tyler plays Shana, who works at a hotel. She gets an order to deliver some booze to one of the rooms, only to see that it was her bitter boyfriend who had called her. As Admiral Ackbar would say, "It's a trap!"

Taking her hostage, the boyfriend, who's not the most stable dude around, strips Shana of her uniform, down to just her black panties, and ties her to a chair.

What's interesting is that she's tied to the chair backwards, so that her bare chest is covered. But she's still clad only in her black panties, with a nice shot showing her bound bare feet.

And she's even ball-gagged to boot. No worries, she survives this encounter. Whether it's dealing with Orcs, or psychos in hotel rooms, Liv manages to come through it all.
