This id the second half of Doppelter Einsatz, featuring actress Julia Malik as the damsel in distress.
This time, she gets tied up while standing. She's still barefoot and clad only in her bra and panties. Unfortunately, it seems as if she's been beaten, which is not cool.
And even less cool is the fact that her character doesn't survive her ordeal (Boo! Hiss!). Although her death is not shown. I'm not fond of this sort of thing, and only include this clip to be complete. You can see it right here.
