Looking at Laura Vandervoort's BF running scene through a city streets while clad in a hospital gown (from Into The Blue 2: The Reef) got me thinking (and it's very rare that I use those words in that order.
A Spanish soap opera called Contra El Tiempo had a scene with one of its actresses having been kidnapped by a doctor in a hospital.
Like Laura, this actress (don't know her name) is also barefoot and clad in just a hospital gown. She's strapped down by the crazy doc, and is gagged with flesh-colored tape that makes it look like she has no mouth.
Her gag is ultimately removed, but she's still kept strapped down. The clip takes scenes from three different shows, and you can see it right here.
