Zone Stad

This is from a Flemish police series called Zone Stad, where a women detective finds herself in the clutches of a serial killer who has a water fetish.

She's completely nude and tied down to the floor of a sunken basement by her wrists and ankles.

But then we're treated to a flashback scene of a naked woman tying herself up to the floor of the basement in the past.

This woman (the serial killer's mother?) drowns herself, which isn't shown but implied.

Back in the present, the captured detective has bitten the killer's hand when he tried to mount her, forcing him to go tend to his wound.

She takes advantage of the time alone that she has to bite her wrists free of their restraints.

Once he comes back, she's free, and manages to make her escape. Although we never see her bound bare feet (because they're submerged in water) this was still a very good scene for me, and you can see it right here.
