Sarah Hall finds herself a captive of the killer in the basement of a house.
Rebekah Kochan--whom I mistakingly IDed as the woman on the bed in the last post--is with Hall, and she's tied with her hands above her head in a standing position.

Kochan has the best scenes in the film, followed by Isabella Bodnar on the bed. When A Killer Calls is certainly worth a look.
