This is a scene from an Asian production showing a young woman being held hostage in a kitchen. She's bound with rope and gagged with tape.
The actress is not known, but she's barefoot, and clad in a strapless dress the entire time.
A guy starts fighting with her abductor, but the fight doesn't go so well for the hero.
At one point during the fight, when a gun gets knocked over to her, the damsel wisely uses her bound feet to kick it over to the hero. This is a very nice BF bondage scene, overall, and you can see it right here.
