Satanic Panic

In Satanic Panic (released in 2019), Hayley Griffith plays a pizza delivery girl who goes looking for her tip in a swanky mansion. But instead of her tip, she comes across Ruby Modine, here.

It turns out that the cheapskates who robbed Hayley of her tip are a bunch of satantists who plan to sacrifice Ruby later that evening, which is why she's been kept hogtied in this bedroom.

Completely naked, hogtied, cleave-gagged, and (when Hayley first sees her) her head covered in a black hood, Ruby's hogtie scene is one of the all-time greats, IMHO. It's certainly become one of my favorites.

Hayley rescues Ruby from her captivity, now....

....but later, during the climax of the film, both young women find themselves chained to the sacrificial altar.

They're dressed in scant clothing, but are both barefoot. You can see both scenes in the clip by Abductor 88, which is right here.
