There was once a cop show on AMC called The Killing. It starred Mireille Enos as a police detective in Seattle.
In the second season episode 72 Hours, her character gets placed in a hospital psych ward after she tried to kill herself.
Despite her protestations that she never intended to do this, she's kept for the requisite 72 hours of examination.
There's no bondage, but she's barefoot throughout this scene, which you can see right here.
