Staying in South Korea for the last update in the month of March, we have Memories of Murder, released back in 2003.
Based on a real-life serial killer case that happened in South Korea, Memories of Murder features a barefoot hogtie scene.
In this scene, the latest victim (actress unknown) of the killer is being carried into the woods while she's hogtied and gagged. She's being casually carried as if she were a bag.
The killer then places her on the ground.
The original case that this film is based on is considered the first publicly acknowledged serial killer in South Korea.
Memories of Murder is directed by Bong Joon-ho, who also directed The Host, Snowpiercer, Okja, and Parasite, with the latter film winning the Best Picture Oscar.
