Darkness: Those Who Kill is a Scandinavian crime drama that came out back in 2019.
And, like most crime dramas, there's an episode or more where the crime solving team races to save a victim who's been captured by a serial killer.
This scene is from the seventh episode of the first season, where the victim is bound and gagged by the villain in a yellow dress and is barefoot.
The clip, from Jakob 88, is very well edited, making this scene one of the good ones for me. You can see it right here.
