Zone Stad

Zone Stad was a Flemish detective series. In this episode the female detective is captured by a serial killer.

Having a really weird water fetish, the killer strips the detective of all of her clothing, and then binds her to the floor in a submerged room by her wrists and ankles.

There's a brief flashback scene showing another woman tying herself to the floor in the same fashion as the present day detective.

Flashback lady deliberately drowns herself (not shown on screen, thankfully).

Back in the present, the detective bites the serial killer's hand when he tried to hand-gag her. This forces him to leave her alone while he goes to treat his bitten hand.

She takes advantage of her alone time to bite her way through the bonds on her wrists. She makes a very satisfying escape.

Although she's naked throughout her scene, we never see anything (including her bound feet) because she's submerged. But I still like this one. You can see this clip right here.
