The 2005 remake of The Amityville Horror is a halfway decent film, starring Melissa George (and featuring a very young Chloë Grace Moretz as one of George's kids).
George goes barefoot a great deal in Amityville 05, including this nice scene where she's walking down a flight of steps BF.
Down she goes, as she decends to her DOOM! Well, actually, having woken up alone, she's looking for her husband, played by Ryan Reynolds.
She finds him sulking in the basement. At this point the house has him in its grip.
BF-wise, Amity 05 isn't as intensive as the horror movie George would make a year or so later: Turistas. She practically went barefoot for a good chunk of that film's running time. But my favorite of George's horror films from this era remains 30 Days of Night. Alas, she doesn't go BF at all in 30 Days, but it's still one of my favorite vampire films.
