Probably one of the more irritating shows for me on TV was Smallville, a series about Clark Kent becoming Superman without ever actually showing the Man of Steel (except in the very last five minutes of the very last episode--big whoop). But the saving grace of Smallville for me was Alison Mack, who played Chloe Sullivan.
Chloe was created by the show's producers as the close friend of Clark in his high school days. She was famous for her 'wall of weird' as well as tracking down any strange stories that was connected to the meteor shower that happened over Smallville--the very same meteor shower that brought young Kal'El to earth.
In her quest to track down all of the strange goings on, Chloe became a snoop. And you know what happens to snoops, don't you? In this scene, my favorite of many of Chloe's damsel moments, she gets turned into a lab rat by Lex Luthor's techs.
