Operating Devil

I've found this nice scene over on YouTube. It's from an Asian production.

A young woman is being threatened by a truly mad scientist. Clad in pajamas and barefoot, she's tied down to an operating table in his secret lair.

And he even joyfully describes the terrible things that he's going to do to her, as well--making him a real horrible (and cheerful) villain.

But no worries, because she's saved by her boyfriend in the end. You can see the scene right here.
