Dollhouse Pt2

Dollhouse, while canceled way too soon after only two short seasons, still managed to wrap up its storyline.

And what we got was still great. Dollhouse was very suspenseful, with plenty of twists and turns in the storyline that were pretty shocking, including the overall ending.

But Dollhouse was also a very BF friendly show, as well. With plenty of BF scenes, both with bondage--like this one in the second season episode The Hollow Men--and scenes where they were simply just barefoot.

So if you come across this series in any way, shape, or form, it would be worth your while to check it out.

Eliza Dushku has since retired from acting, having received a Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2025.

Heroes

It's a pretty short scene, but it's one of my all-time favorites from the TV series Heroes. It's from the first season episode Six Months Ago.

Nora Zehetner plays a mutant with the superpower to get people to do what she wants them to just by telling them. But she winds up getting caught by the black gentleman in the background, whose own power nulls those of other mutants.

And so Nora winds up chained and handcuffed to a chair, barefoot, and clad in these weird PJs that the government makes the captured mutants wear.

Dollhouse Pt1

Eliza Dushku (best known from Buffy The Vampire Slayer) starred in a science fiction TV series back in 2009 called Dollhouse.

She played a character named Echo, who had her original personality erased so she could become part of what was known as the Dollhouse. Everyone in the Dollhouse--both men and women--join this service as a way to get out of debt. After serving several years, they will be re-instated with their original personalities and get back to their regular lives.

The "dolls" are sent out on various missions--as sex workers, hired security, whatever--with special personalities downloaded into them that are best suited for each task (complete with the experience and know-how needed).

Of course, Echo eventually comes across the far more evil goals of the coporation that she works for (as if what they're already doing isn't bad enough).

In the second season episodes, The Public Eye, and The Left Hand, Echo is captured by a scientist played by Summer Glau (Firefly, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles), who binds a barefoot Echo to an examination table.

Dollhouse had a lot of nice barefoot scenes, including BF bondage scenes like this, which was pretty lenghty. More to come in part two.

Godfather of Harlem

Forest Whitaker played an up and coming Harlem mob boss in the TV series Godfather of Harlem (which is still running, BTW).

In the very first episode of the first season, By Whatever Means Necessary, actress Lucy Fry plays a woman who is being held hostage.

She's barefoot, and clad only in a negligee.

Although her feet are not tied, they are put on ample display in this very nice scene, which you can see right here.

Stargate is back

I just recently heard that Stargate is coming back. The TV series (which starred Amanda Tapping as Sam Carter) was based on the Stargate movie that was released in 1994, but went far beyond the movie by creating a literal universe with SG: SG-1, SG: Atlantis, and SG: Universe.

No filming has begun yet. This is just a formal announcement. The show-runners are promising that the new series, to air on Amazon Prime, will be a new chapter in the saga. I always enjoyed Stargate and thought it was one of the more underrated of the SF shows in the past thirty years. Looking forward to seeing Stargate come back.

Penguin

The HBO mini-series The Penguin was fantastic, showing Colin Farrell's superb take take on the Batman villain and his rise to power within Gotham City.

But another great member of the cast of this show is Cristin Milioti, as Sofia Falcone.

In the fourth episode, Cent'anni, Milioti has a long scene where she walks barefoot through her family home while clad in a yellow dress.

There's a darker reason behind this brisk BF walk: she just killed her entire family, by using poison gas.

She's basically doing a victory walk through the mansion while she gauges how well her plan worked. The Penguin is a great series that serves as a direct sequel to The Batman (2022) movie.

Kinks

Kinks is a short film about an escort who is hired by a wealthy couple to spice up their evening.

And, as you might expect, things go horribly wrong...but not for us.

This is a WONDERFUL film in that it has some very nice barefoot bondage scenes.

Rachael Winter and Natalia Ferrari are the bound BF damsels, respectively.

In addition to being very satisfying, BF bondage-wise, Kinks is also a very good short film, overall. It comes complete with a nice twist.

Sherlock Homes (2009)

Guy Ritchie (Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, and the live-action Aladdin) directed Sherlock Holmes (2009), with Robert Downey Jr. as the titular detective.

Rachel McAdams also starred as Irene Adler, who's seen here tied with her wrists above her head in this death trap set up by the film's villain.

But have no fear; Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.) and Watson (Jude Law) are on the case. They try to free Irene before the trap can clamp down on her.

She's also cleave gagged, which is removed before she's freed.

They might want to hurry up with untying her hands, though.

Batwoman

I wanted to like the CW Batwoman series when Ruby Rose was cast in the lead. But the show was something of a mess--at least until the third and final season, which was pretty decent, with less of the soap opera BS and a little more of the comic book action that I was hoping to see. But--alas--it was too little, too late, as the series was cancelled soon after.

But the third season produced a pretty good BF episode called A Lesson from Professor Pyg. The villain crashed a private party, which causes Ryan Wilder (Javicia Leslie) to fight him without her Batwoman costume.

She also fights him without her shoes, as well. Having ditched her heels, Ryan goes barefoot for the bulk of this episode.

There are some nice shots of just her bare feet as she reaches up for stuff that's...just...out...of...her...reach.

She even steps up on the bottom shelf to reach for a life-saving device.

All ends well, of course--except for the show getting a fourth season. Hopefully we can get a better version of Batwoman somewhere down the road.

Miss Fisher

In the first season episode, Away with the Fairies, of the Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, Miss Fisher goes looking for a kidnapped woman, and finds her.

Haiha Le plays Camellia, who is abducted by gangsters. They leave her bound barefoot to a chair in a warehouse, where Miss Fisher finds her.

It's a short scene, barely forty seconds, but very nice, nonetheless. You can find it here.

The Nun

Taissa Farmiga stars in The Nun, and sees her fair share of unholy shenanigans.

The unnerving Nun was a character who made her first appearence in The Conjuring 2. And she was actually a last minute addition to the film. The Nun became so popular she spawned her own film series. Personally, my favorite from the Conjuring series is Annabelle Comes Home.

While The Nun had nun (heh...heh) of any bondage scenes, there was a very nice section where Taissa Farmiga goes off on a barefoot snooping excursion.

Taissa Farmiga is the little sister of Vera Farmiga, who played Lorraine Warren in the main Conjuring films.

Taissa still gets a mighty impressive hand-gag for her snooping around.
