Michael Mann is a great film director who's made some fantastic movies (Manhunter, Thief, Heat), and he also created the TV series Miami Vice, which became an icon of the 1980s.
In 2006, Mann remade Miami Vice into a movie. Colin Farrell played James "Sonny" Crockett, while Jamie Foxx played Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs.
Naomi Harris (who played Miss Moneypenny in the Daniel Craig James Bond films) plays the girlfriend of Tubbs. She gets abducted by the bad guys and is seen tied to a chair.
She's blindfolded, and although she's not seen gagged, there's clearly a strip of extra cloth hanging from her neck--this suggests to me that she was gagged at one point.
And she's also barefoot while tied, making this a very nice BF bondage scene for me.
Naomi Harris started out as a child actor, and would go on to have a great acting career as an adult. In addition to the James Bond films, Harris was also in two of the Pirates of the Caribbean films, as well as Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and Rampage, among many other TV and film projects.
She's been tied up on screen before (Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, and Rampage, to name a few) but this is my favorite of her scenes, for obvious reasons.
