Later in the TV film Spectre, the cult is in full party mode as they get ready to sacrifice Ann Bell.
She's carried into the ceremonial chamber on a stretcher, bound hand and foot and gagged.
She's re-tied into a spread-eagle position on the altar. Bell is barefoot throughout her bondage scene.
Spectre was produced by Gene Roddenberry, who created the original Star Trek. One can't help but wonder what things would have been like if Spectre had gone to series.
Bell is un-gagged for a moment, letting everybody know exactly how she feels about this situation.
She's then re-gagged with a cleave.
