Haven (not so much)

Haven was a supernatural TV series that was based (very loosely) on a Stephen King book.

Emily Rose played a special investigator sent to a town in Maine to seek answers about sone weird shit that's been going on, only to become a part of the weirdness herself.

This scene, from the first episode of the third season, is the second half of a two-parter where she gets abducted from her home.

When she wakes up, she's tied to a pole and gagged with a tape. She's still barefoot, and clad in the black pants and lacey white top that she wore when first abducted. Her abductor removes her tape gag so he can speak with her.

When he leaves, we're treated to some nice "foot reach" scenes, first with her reaching to knock over a bag of dirt to put out a fire.

Once that's taken care of, she reaches with her bare foot again--this time to grab a sharp object to cut her bonds with.

She manages to grab a sharp bit and nthen uses it to cut her wrists free.
