Greta

The title of the movie Greta actually refers to Isabelle Huppert's character, who's the film's villain.

She stalks the younger Frances, played by Chloe Moretz, whom she kidnaps about halfway through the film.

When Frances' friend, Erica (Maika Monroe, who has had a few BF bondage scenes of her own), calls upon Greta while searching for her missing roommate, Greta already has Frances tied down to a bed and gagged.

There's a lot of great struggling in this scene.

And she's also bound barefoot, as well. Greta is a very good movie overall that's written and directed by Neil Jordan, and is highly recommended aside from this scene.
